Pros

It takes around 6 minutes for sterilization. Sterilisation is very good and effective. The process is called de-scaling. It is the safest option to sterilize bottles.

Very spacious, easy to use and clean. Do remember to wipe the steel plate evry week. Save utensils from getting dirty due to boiling water.

Cons

Not expected this kind of a product from avent. But the seller isn't. Really pathetic service.

Recieved a defective product. The product has a crack on the bottom part. Philips customer care number is not reachable. Secondly product cannot be replaced or returned.

No more buying philips and samsung bas loot macha rakhi hai. Cheap single button to start and no feel of start. The chord is so small that it will not reach the plug point in your kitchen.
