Pros

These bulbs work well with the existing fixtures without having to bypass the ballast. Other easy replacements are from hyperikon. Complete with cord, switch and plug, as well as end-to-end connectors. Also come with hardwire connectors. Replaces t8 s... Read More

The lights are bright, not too much glare. They are so much brighter and cleaner.

Cons

The glass is very fragile. I am not convinced that any of the ballasts supported are common ballasts. Same thing, one with bubble wrap and the other in a box without filler.
