Im able to playback in 4k mode from my laptop via the hdmi connection while xbox one x play anywhere games as the settings for tvs hdmi needs to be in standard mode for that to happen but a trick to prevent a potential green screen happening is due to windows 10s game bar settings needs to be disabled which causes that change of overall color when going full screen mode

In regards to philips you will to do the reinstall to get that permission question in being able to permanently disable it

Also another trick to finally stop a potentially lagging smart menu is if you use netflix is to prevent it previewing videos while scrolling through whats available on their service
