They looked different when arrived contacted customer service

Each bulb was in the oem carton and overwrapped with bubble wrap

Bulb is technically correct where voltage and type of connector are concerned product shipped was not visually the same as pictured i wanted the spare bulbs to match existing bulb shipped had single tubes flattened on the ends in a circular pattern
