Pros

Combo of hepa filter and carbon filter costs around 3600 which is expensive. Amazing performance, as i am allergic to dust and pune is full of it.

This product is useless don't believe the gimmicky pm 2. Do not be fooled by the touch screen. Looks like the seller doesn't have any quality check in place, or thinks that s/he can get away with sending defective product.

The air purifier meter shows higher reading (82) at those times even under auto allergen mode. The fan seems to wobble and i’m going to have to see how well they honour the warranty. We only use it in the bedroom during the night so it is not like the... Read More

Customer service is zero. No response. Did not look new. After calling 6-7 times for demo, no one visited for demo. Still waiting for customer service approach.
