The wheels lock so you cant really pull it and the handle bar is next to the wheels anyways and would be torn up from being dragged against the ground

It only tips if there is no child in the front seat and the child in back tries to pull themselves up by the handlebar

This one is lightweight easy to push and perfect if you have a baby and an older toddlerpreschooler who still occasionally needs a stroller too but wont sit in it the whole time you are out
