Pros
A very nice tasting protein bar. This blows any protein bar away! Also love the fact there is added l-carnitine.
The taste and texture is massively improved. The triple choc cookie flavour are very tasty and are a match for grenade's offering.
High in protein, low in carbs and sugar, and all for 200 calories. The macros are good too. It also has less sugar and calories.
Cons
More calories, less protein, they all taste the same.
The maltitol in these bars fermenting in their lower guts. Causes gas and bloating. The taste is also off.

Funnily enough i noticed this much more with the first one i had but not so much with the others
Mind you with the caution that excessive consumption may cause laxative effects you might want to go easy if you see what i mean

If they were just a snack like a mars bar and not specifically to give you a boost for training etc id be happy to buy them occasionally just to eat
