High in protein, low in carbs and sugar, and all for 200 calories. Good for satiating your hunger, particularly after exercise. Great for getting used to a fibre boost!

It’s worth it as the taste and texture is massively improved. The texture isn't too tough, which is good. These are absolutely delicious. Use by april 2020.
