Pros
One good way to always check rancidness is to cut a capsule and smell it. Feeling the benefits for long covid and brain fog. Only issue is that to get the dosages as advertised the box label says three soft gel capsules equals one serving.

They are described as “softgel” and look like they’d be easy to swallow but they are like little bullets and stick in the throat alarmingly
