Pros
Dmso is an awesome product. I crochet a lot and my hands used to hurt all the time. It's safe internally though i'd caution against continuous use, similar to goldenseal or other products that can disturb the gut.

The treated area does not seem to get warm and there is no garlic taste almost immediately after application two conditions that i remember from prior use

My shoulders were so painful that in order to get any sleep i would need a few aspirin and then after a couple hours of sleep the pain would just come right back
