Pros

The mug mat looks very nice and easy to use. It is not as hot as i would like, but it is a warmer and it does keep my coffee warm. Love the consistant warm and option to havewarmth to heat or warmth to maintain temp.

Can't complain, it does the job and looks stylish and modern while doing it. This is awesome and super love it!

Cons

The same glass pot (same diameter as the warmer) works pretty well for the first several months. Ridiculous customer support. Haven't seen the refund. This unit is designed to fail in my humble opinion.

L'intensité 1 ne fonctionne plus. The controls seem to function, but it no longer heats. Stopped heating up after maybe 5 uses.
