Pros
This filter reduced my air flow by 25% being measured by a hand held anemometer. It is a higher quality than what the dealer wants to sell me. Regular replacement of cabin air filter is a must.
This cabin air filter fits perfectly. Fit great for 2019 forester touring. Fits perfectly for my 2021 forester.
Cons
Ours makes a whistling sound now as the air is on since it doesn’t click into place. Would not click in and lock like oem.
Would not fit correctly in my 2019 subaru forrester. The positioning of the retention clips and the thickness of the gasket is incorrect. Filter media is good but it's a moot point if it won't install properly.

The original filter was very porous maybe a merv 4 at best
