Pros

Each set comes with a dinner plate, a salad plate,. A bowl and a mug. It cleans up nicely in the dishwasher and is also microwave safe.

It's elegant with delicate features like those of a doily, yet durable. It is heavy and sturdy.

Cons

Save yourselves the heartache and purchase a different, more durable brand. I thought pfaltzgraff was a quality product, i now know that was not an accurate perception.

They are ceramic and so heavier than other dishes or porcelain. The plates and bowls have marks from minimal cutlery contact. It claims to be dishwasher safe and durable.
