After a few months with these bars i'm healed enough to include bench presses back into my routine. Also doubles as a weapon for intruders. Keep it in my car for working out while at a red light lol.

Bought fir my son. First bought the heaviest one. Works great. Already outgrowing this one.

Cons

Manufacturing errors happen, but you shouldn't try to resell a problematic one! Elbow hurts when i use. Very small better suited for middle school child. Almost got injured. Still recovering from ligament issues resulting from using this exercise bar.... Read More
