The only thing i would have liked better is more color choices so i could exactly match the original but this headband has no functional problems at all

I had 2 petzl headlamps that still worked perfectly but were barely usable because the headband had no elasticity left and it wouldnt stay in place on my head

What you do is push down on the plastic head the band gives way then feed the top part of the plastic head through the hole on the slider

The bottom of the head can now slide through and it is apart
