I have not tried them in my 20 gallon tank as it is not currently set up but i would again hesitate to just let the inner magnet slap against the glass to connect to the outer one

A few sweeps left to right and the glass was bare and i havent cleaned the glass in months in this heavily planted and overly lit super overgrown tank

I have not tried the smallest size of this product so i cannot compare how well it sticks or how well it cleans but for a 5 gallon tank with 18 glass this product is way overkill and i was worried that with the way they stick to each other through that thin glass and the amount of effort needed to actually get these things to move that i could possibly literally have issues with tweaking the glass side to side and eventually weakening the silicone sealant at the tanks corners
