Pros
The only drawback is the two tiny freezer packs. The only thing i would change is the manual dial to a digital dial to get a more accurate time frame.
Cons
The timer flicks off when i open to put the food in the dish. The covers are hard to open. The design is flimsy.

My cat likes to try and pry them open so far she has been unable to open the feeder after two weeks with it but the lids do sometimes rattle when she hits them
