Pros

Assembled easily in about 1 hour. Arrived within days of purchasing. Didn't attach the roof hardware, just the hinges and it works perfectly fine without them.

Overall a reasonably priced dog house. It's plenty big and made very well.

The wood is the same as the costco playhouse i bought my kids 5 years ago. The wood outside reminds me of lincoln logs and are very sturdy. The dog house works well but some minor chips and cracks on the wood.

Automated feeder, heater, and cat igloo in there for them. It's for an outside stray cat we have. Going to add some straw and and electric heating pad for outside animals. Havent put it out yet but hoping my 2 outside ferals like it!

Holds four dachshunds easily. Perfect for for my 25 lbs terrier mix. My 90lbs rottweiler puppy fits with room to spare. I cover mine during the winter but my 50 pound coonhound loves to use it when he has access to it.

Cons

My dog hates the house. Not worth the money honestly, just one at a local store. Supposedly it's made to withstand the weather, not the case.

Like other reviews it’s not going to last you forever but the quality is good enough it’s super easy to put together

I liked that with the predrilled holes this was very easy to assemble

And maybe if the piece had been prepared with the perforated holes this would be a different review and might have gotten a five

I’m not displeased with the house just expected an easier assembly

We are using it for a 25lb dog and it works perfect

My 90lbs rottweiler puppy fits with room to spare

But the other predrilled holes were completely fine so i assume that was just an inconsistency
