Pros

The magnet holds it in place with a better air seal than other cat doors. The magnet feature helps it seal shut when not in use. Super glue the tunnel to the interior pet door frame.

My only complaint is that idk that it’s “weatherproof”. It has a hard plastic flap that won't warp. It is made sturdy & doesn't let hot/cold air in.

This is the one they installed. The down side is you need to cut a plastic tunnel piece this part is not to bad, determining the height is a bit tricky. I wish the manufacturer had provided a pre-cut template.

I simply unscrewed the old one and replaced it with the new one
