Pros

The door flap is replaceable with the part number embedded right in the flap which is great. Fit great in the sliding glass doorway, is slightly adjustable to the height of the doorway. I have a german shepherd and blood hound they get in but is tight... Read More

Very gracious. Easy to assemble. Fairly good instruction book.

Only fear is since there were two parts i worry about him bounding out and it giving way at the seam. It is very sturdy.

Cons

Product is very flimsy and difficult to install. Poor quality and very misleading product description. Completely disappointed and mislead.

Don't come with a a great amount of clarifying instructions. During factory assembly a screw was forced in and bent. Had to remove bent screw, then square upper section and insert a new screw.

Dog door is terrible and very flimsy, a mild breeze and the thing is flapping in the wind. Tried adjusting the flap etc to no avail. Buyer beware, these seem to only work if you have old single paned windows.
