The battery comes out sometimes with the cat mate c10 automatic pet feeder but the battery has never fallen out or popped out with this feeder

It has ratchety dial with an inset handle that is shallow and hard to move and also only goes clockwise making me turn it the whole 360 if i miss the notch on the wheel where the lid fits in
