With few expectations, i ordered a second box – it's awesome. I just wish they were held in more securely.

Product is quite large, and packaged only in a very thin shipping box without any protective packaging whatsoever. My teenagers hate the extra time to line up the lid. The overall material is just flimsy.

Yes, i know it's a ludicrous amount of animals. The cleaning the litter out of the steps is a huge pain. The filter is a thin piece of material that just sits on top of the done and my cat immediately removed it. Zero manufacturing quality control.
