Pros

Cat bed is 18-inch by 14-inch. There is a vent in the top back of the house for ventilation during warmer months, but i have blocked it off for use when it's cold. And best of all keeps the ferals dry and protected from the freezing winter weather.

It is big and spacious. Perfect doggy house for our jack russell terrier. Great house for my miniature pincher.

The bottom has 4 indents that align with the top holes that would allow you to drill through and secure further with screws or you could use the screws that are pointed (self drilling) easy to assemble. Can remove the top to clean it easily.

Cons

This dog house does not divert water. It says it diverts rain, it’s a lie. This is for a small dog.
