Fred is a 5-pound yorkie who hogs all the toys but something about this toy he really loves; the silvervine, the fluffy hair, or the dangly arms and legs drives him crazy. This toy has a scrunchy body that my cat loves but is not too noisy.

The tail is long and stretchy so you can swing it around for your cat without getting your fingers torn off. It crinkles and it eyes light up. Both have no reaction to catnip, but silvervine, they do.

My kitten nephew, french fry, has a bit of a destructive streak. The meerkat serves dutifully as the fry’s punching bag.
