Cons

Every time i plug it in it works for about 10 seconds. Then the fountain stops and the light begins flashing blue/green. I believe the power source is faulty.

I've genuinely loved their products, and i've tried to continue giving them my business' 'i'm convinced they just don't want my loyalty and don't care much about retaining my business. Waste of money seems.

I’ve been using this water fountain for 3 years and it’s been one of the best purchases i’ve made for my cat.

It fully disassembles quickly for periodic cleaning and is very quiet while running.

The only time it stopped working was when the filter got too clogged (i should have been cleaning it, i know, my bad).

Price

I personally don’t think the cost of filters is expensive for this fountain.

But for the price i figured it was worth the shot.

I have to say this water fountain is so much better than the other ones on the market.

Purchased this after adopting two kittens, we have an earlier version for our older cats so we went with the same brand.

But it is the easiest one to clean compared to other petkit fountain products.

Another huge pro is that it uses the same filter as the previous model.
