Pros
It's easy to clean and having a 'wireless' base means i can just lift the body off the base for cleaning, so no trailing wires! The filters are a little expensive but then they are quite a bit more substantial than other filters of the same type.
Cons
The noise coming out of it is horrendous now. It's like having a constant dripping tap in the corner of the room. Petkit offers no guarantee or warranty.

Pump stopped working within first year sometimes it happens generally happy with product followed the easy youtube cleaning guide which didnt solve it messaged company had a response following day sent out replacement no questions asked and now its up and running again

I had another water fountain and my cat loved it but she was obsessed with pulling it apart

When i got this one i watched her for about half an hour trying to work out how to pull it apart
