Pros

The app is easy to navigate and has a nice user friendly design. Support line is better than any other i have seen on the offshore made products.

They have a small doxie/pug mix. I refill the container and clean it about every 3 weeks. Same goes with the silica area to keep the food fresh.

Far less expensive than most other feeders. It has battery backup so if i lose power and wifi it will still dispense the food. The only downside to the feeders is the app.

Cons

The lid was scratched and the sweeper arm is too high to catch smaller pellets. Smallest portion is 1/10 cup. Obviously this is a big problem not wanting my pet to get obese.

Every 3 weeks it disconnects from wifi and needs a full reboot and reconnect to wifi. Every time it is successful for a few hours then gives the same error each time hours later that it’s disconnected.

Not worth the hassle. Hard to pass unless you thrive on frustration.

It have definitely stopped majority of the begging and stopped the frantic sprints to the to bowl when the food drops

I have had these for over a month and they haven’t gotten jammed or had weird app errors

Price

The convenience and peace of mind this provides are priceless

For the price and the features its a no brainer

I put it off for the last 2 years because i thought it would be more expensive than it actually was

I took the box that it came in and cut a small opening so that it fit over the base

Again i believe it must have been just a slight emission that they were not with my package

Cue the third cat and we tried a different brand

The app is okay better than most of the other cheap brands but not the best

I had to switch my dogs food to the little bites in his brand in order for it to come out correctly
