Pros & Cons
Pros
Keeps my 200lbs mastiff in "his" trunk without letting him prove that he is a lap dog even when i’m driving. Works perfect as a pet barrier in my 2017 ford explorer.
Out of the box and installed in under 5 minutes. Looks cleaner and less cluttered than the other two. Side extension bars are easy to extend and retract. Top and sides were extended a few inches but not enough to become flimsy.
Fit perfectly in the back of my 2017 ford expedition, easy to install would recommend it. Works great in my 2017 subaru outback and older impreza. Seems sturdy and fits our subaru crosstrek and outback perfectly. Fits my wife's 2016 cr-v easily.
Well made, durable and worth every penny. I'm quite certain it will work great and am thankful to have it.
We use to have a traditional gate that braced on the ceiling and floor in order to stay upright. It's very sturdy design which braces on the metal bar of head rests in our 2011 toyota highlander.
Highlights
Quality
Easy to install sturdy and fits well because of the adjustable rods on the ends
Well made and easy to install
It attaches to the top of the back seats in half the time spent struggling with screws on a pressure based barrier
I had to take of the top bar as even with it closed up as much as possible it did not allow for the product to fit properly
Price
What a deal for the money nice item that works as advertised thank you very much
The petego k9 guard was twice the price and worth every dime
Worth it for the price in my opinion
I do not feel the cost of the product is justifiable however it was the only option i was able to find that half works
Packaging/appearance
It took me about 10 minutes to install from the box and most of that was just getting it centered and even
Competitiveness
Btw i found a very similar product thats more than 3x the price of this petego
There are less expensive options out there but this does not utilize the headliner to support itself
