Sizeable gaps no matter how you extend the bars so i probably wouldnt recommend for a small dog

As a result of the angle the extenders arent fully flush against the windowsceiling so the tension support isnt engaged as it should be

It drove me crazy trying to keep it from slipping when the dogs leaned on it i tried mounting it to the seats with bungee cords and was horrible to take in and out
