I give it one star off due to the not so big deal fact that the harness has to be retightened after every use if you have a small dog

Straps are too long and you need to cut them

I unsnapped the strap from the top of the harness moved the restraining strap to just the lower portion of the seatbelt and hooked that strap to one of the straps underneath the harness
