    Have worked very well for almost a year but recently one collar has stopped switching on and pet resolve has failed to respond to our request for service through their site

    Extra rubber seals for the charging port they dont last very long

    In no time they made the association between the beep and the shock to the point where they responded well to just the beep

    It only took one walk with the beep on and both puppies now walk with a loose leash and ignore other dogs as they go past
