On the website using my pad some fields glitched out but when i used my android phone it was fine

Also the last scans gps location was off by a few blocks i scanned the tag from home and it showed a location a few blocks away

They actually tell you how to do it when you try to add more profiles on the pets tab

Just like described it took one step to activating the tags

I went into each dogs profile clicked on activate a tag and punched in the information on the tag
