Many have maltodextrin which is terrible. What it does have is fancy-smancy wording that makes me to believe it is gimmicky. I trust something that is organic and natural over fancy worded blends.

If you do find these provide relief the more economical way to go about it is the equate gas relief prevention food enzyme dietary supplement capsules which have 600 galu in a much cheaper form factor
