Pros

This is the only pre workout i use. It is the perfect boost before my morning workouts without the tingly, overly-caffeinated feeling some pre-workouts bring. Also love that there’s no beta alanine but super energized.

Cons

I love the prolific preworkout but this flavor is pretty awful. The black cherry flavor is truly terrible. Not so cost effective for me.
