The melon berry twist flavor is so yummy! I love that this is a stimulant free preworkout.

Cons

The powder is not finely milled at all like it should be; this makes it hard to dissolve. Came in clumps like the photos in the reviews. Tried multiple times, different amounts of scoop/water etc.

Did not notice any pump whatsoever. Made absolutely no difference. I love peascience but they missed the mark on this for me.

Appear this with a stimulantbased prework out and one scoop is plenty enough even being 225 lbs

I work shift work and often times prefer to use a caffeine free preworkout

If you need a preworkout supplement that is caffeine free then this is it

I use a different a preworkout that has stim and then i stack with prolific high volume
