Pros
The personna med prep blades are unequivocally the best double edge blades i have ever * with. They deliver a closer shave with fewer passes, which means less irritation. At $12 per 100 it is the best value in de shaving.
These and astra sp blades are the best for me. Along with kai and wilkinson sword, these are among my favorites. These are the only blades i will buy from now on.
They charge the med prep a triple for a reason. Their quality control seems fabulous. Performance combined with a made in usa on the label justifies the price.
Personna med prep blades are the best. This blade is an exceptional blade for the money. Every whisker and skin is different and this blade may not work for you as good as it did for me.
It's way cheaper than buying disposable razors or those overpriced cartridges. Only big con is price that offered here on amazon. Worth every penny and still much cheaper than cartridges.
Cons
Same problem. Pulled and tugged at my beard rather than cutting it. Is this the genuine article or 2 has personna qa become a thing of the past?

I get one or two extra shaves per blade depending on the brand im comparing to so the extra cost is not a one to one comparison
The only issue i have as listed here is the price

Most of them are just fine but there are perhaps half a dozen brands which really stand out above the pack

These are a bit more costly than your russian imports but they are worth it and made in the usa besides
I notice that these blades are sharper than the lower grade blades from the same manufacturer
In a highquality safety razor one doesnt even notice the blade at all
Ive spent several times in the hospital and each time they had to shave me for surgical prep they used a personna and they used it dry
