Pros

The engraving is crisp, and the font is beautiful. The letters are always in grey color. Have to do one at a time. Makes a gorgeous gift.

The cup is easy to hold and keeps my water cold for hours. Keeps coffee and hot cocoa hot to warm for hours. The cup size is a perfect in between size.

The lid is leakproof with a sliding sipper. The stainless steel straw is awesome!

Cons

It holds ice okay, but nowhere near the length of my rtic or my yeti. Once the cup reaches a tipping point it fills a large indented mouth with the hot liquid. The engraved print and design is so small its pathetic.
