Necklace is very cute but the inscription is barely visible or legible. State lines are spotty and the cursive lettering is also very inconsistent and ugly. The engraving of the initials are so small its hard to tell what the letters actually are.

Initially i received the product and one of the states engraved in the necklace was incorrect

However their representatives were incredibly helpful and understanding and helped me replace the item with no extra charge saying it was important and helpful that they be made aware of things like this so they could improve themselves in the future

I added initials but changed my mind and emailed the supplier and they got my email in time and changed the order same day that it shipped
