If you are going by reviews on here as to whether or not to make your purchase, i feel like you can definitely trust the positive ones and (for the most part) ignore the negative. Have ordered two from this service, and have been very pleased.

Good quality and beats shutterfly by $10 including shipping cost for 1 item. Great quality print.

The picture looks clear and not grainy at all! High gloss. The tone of the picture comes out just a little darker than if the base piece were a brilliant white.

Great gift for gramma. It's microwavable. I appreciate that i was able to gift a cup that had my grandmas dog on it.

Cons

The exterior is glassy smooth, but the interior feels rough. The pictures are blurry and slanted, but even funnier is that they are not even space appropriately. They are squished towards the handle and there is a giant gap in the front of the mug.
