Pros
Follow the instructions and easy peasy with very minimal tools. The screw they provide is for concrete. One stud install is an excellent and easy way of mounting.
It's nice and sturdy. Range of motion is limited but our tv is the max size for this model. Holds my 60 inch tv no problem even though its rated for up to 55.
Cons

Single pivot scares i wouldnt put any heavier of a tv up the one in the picture is about a 4042 probably around 12lbs maybe more

Looks good moves smooth i wouldnt install it with the intention of full extension but maybe im just scared haha ill review again if anything goes wrong i just installed it today so we will see
