With the board being black and there no grid on the picture there was a quite a bit of guess work that had to be done on where to start the pattern because if it was a bead or two off then his ears didn’t fit

It also showed the picture like the beads were between pegs and not actually on the pegs so counting how far in we had to go was confusing

If they just put the pattern on the grid layout like they have done for many of there sets it would of saved a lot of hassle in the beginning and the child had to restart it a few times because of this problem
