Ill start this off by saying that i have asymmetrical lips so the lip products i buy are either a balm with a sheer wash of color or a stain to create an ombre effect because taking lip colors to the edges of my lips really point out how weird they are

I was on the hunt for a good lip stain that didnt turn my lips into the sahara desert but unfortunately it was hard to find something that actually worked

This stain goes on a little bit like a liquid lip balm and sat on top of the lips like a regular pigmented gloss or balm or something of the sort

However if youre not careful with your application it can stain the skin outside your lip and cause a pretty obvious ring around your lips

I tend to accidentally overdraw the right side of my top lip since it has a slightly different shape than the other side which caused a ring but only on the right side
