This ball head is far superior to the one that came with the tripod. It is a bit larger, but the sturdiness is worth the trade off in weight. This is also new and came with 3 extra feet. It seems sturdier than the tripod original.

I ordered this last friday for a shoot on saturday night and i was so pleased that it came on time and was exactly what i needed

The sellers sent several adapters to ensure it fit on the tripod and i actually needed to use one

Even at 2x the price it would be still be about half the cost of its nearest competitor benro oben etc

I prefer the induro plate because it has a d ring do not need a coin or hex wrench and a nicer finish but each person has a preference
