Even for someone like me whos been lifting weights for over 3 decades i find them hard to get the full range of motion that lighter bands provide

I am getting only about 12 or 13 as much range of motion which defeats the whole purpose of using resistance bands over free weights or machines

For travel these are of course still better than nothing but now i am considering getting the medium andor light versions
