Pros
Black band is very stiff and can give a lot of resistance unlike another set of bands i got. These are good bands, minimal roll.
Set of 4 offers various resistance levels that are perfect for a newbie (like me) for getting acquainted with a new workout area. These are great bands for exercising.
Cons
Would recommend getting another band. It's a poor design and i will be switching brands and recommending other companies. Best option is the theraband clx - sturdy, flexible and great resistance options. Item description is confusing.
They tear up my leg hairs, and they immediately curl up and roll down my legs unless i hold them in place. Your range of motion is very limited, preventing the user from fully activating certain muscles.

The original bands were great quality and lasted close to three years before stretching out and breaking

It came very quickly and in nice packaging i train a lot so its finally nice to have a good set of resistance bands

Comparable to the beachbody bands i like the black one too so you dont have to double up as soon
They are better than the eos brand that i have first

I mostly use the blue bands about every other day and ive had them break as soon as after a week of use to lasting six months or more
