oh and it should go without saying that these are not suitable for vegetarians the reviews on here are really negative yes the taste is not pleasant but its about the outcome

I tried three times first time i was nearly sick and heaved all over the place second time i couldnt do more than half before heaving and that was it third time i was dreading it and i couldnt control the heaving and that was it

Didnt work for that and doesnt work for this and this is ten times the price
