The waist was too big and i panicked a bit when i saw it i knew it was an adult size so i thought i might need to safetypin it so it would have been ok

It was a great quality there was a lining plus another layer of white fabric over it then the tulle

You wouldnt need to wear anything under it but were in mn so halloween is cold around here and she wore black pants under the skirt

I actually ended up gluing white paper circles onto this skirt to dress up as minnie mouse for halloween and the tutu was still puffy after the glue and wearing this all around disneyland for their halloween party

I wore this tutu on every ride in disneyland sat on the ground for the halloween parade and got it wet on splash mountain and it was still poofy at the end of the night

This is a really cute skirt
