Pros

The powder form of the aminos are bitter, as expected, but they work. And their customer service is extremely responsive. Will be a customer for a long time. Recommend it highly.

Cons

Taste is horrific and bitter. It stays chalky, lumpy and tastes bad. In addition it only contains 5 grams of eaa per serving.

Its nice to have the powder form of the aminos theyre bitter as expected but they work

Always take two hours before or after any meal that has protein in it otherwise it cancels out the aminos
