This one has absolutely no sag on it. It is amazingly soft, but still supports your body really well. It’s really soft and comfy.

With my perfect pillow, both of us sleeping on it are well rested and happy. The pillows are extraordinary.

My suspicion is that amazon is receiving bulk shipments that sit in the warehouse for a prolonged period of time. There have been so many issues with a lifetime warranty.
