Pros
Our kittens love this. My snowy loves rubbing her face on it. We have two bengals and a savannah and they just love this!
Cons
The mounting plate is not durable. Even is she was rough with it a product made for cats needs to be sturdy.
The only plus side is that my cats do like the larger hoop for scratching their heads but really seem disappointed when the hoop pops out. It wobbles and falls out. Bristles are too small. The bristles are not full, quite skimpy as a matter of fact.
